TRAINER – JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To support the technical and competency-based development of employees in order to
ensure high-quality service delivery. The Trainer is responsible for designing training
programs based on employee needs, delivering internal trainings, and contributing to
the overall learning and development processes within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Delivery & Development
1. Organize and deliver technical and competency-based trainings for multiple
locations as assigned.
2. Plan and coordinate training programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is
completed and recorded.
3. Prepare and deliver Information Security trainings and create related
assessments when required.
4. Conduct mid-evaluation processes for newly hired employees and follow up on
their progress.
5. Create and follow annual and monthly training plans.
6. Prepare monthly and annual training reports.
7. Develop and report performance and evaluation tests for project requirements.
8. Respond to corporate clients’ training requests and deliver client-specific training
programs.
9. Prepare technical training presentations for projects.
10.Manage Team Leader development program processes.
11.Conduct external vendor research when additional training needs arise.
12. Apply instructional design principles to create effective training content and
deliver these trainings.
13.Conduct training needs analyses periodically.
14. Perform post-training assessments using appropriate evaluation methods.
15. Ensure training records are properly entered into the system and prepare reports
when necessary.
INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with Information Security Policies and confidentiality agreements, and
report any security breaches or incidents to the Information Security Committee.
2. Keep all system passwords confidential and do not share them.
3. Maintain full confidentiality of all company knowledge, documents, and data.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Report any immediate safety risks or equipment-related dangers to the
supervisor and employee representative.
2. Attend Occupational Health and Safety trainings as required.
3. Follow all safety instructions, avoid unsafe behaviors, and comply with
workplace rules.
4. Use and properly maintain personal protective equipment provided by the
company.
5. Report any workplace accidents to the supervisor immediately.
6. Follow the emergency action plan and safety procedures.
7. Cooperate with supervisors, the safety team, and employee representatives to
ensure a safe working environment.
DATA PROTECTION / GDPR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with Personal Data Protection and Processing Policies.
2. Follow the Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
3. Use personal data only for purposes defined by the company and avoid any
unnecessary data processing.
4. If managing direct reports, support awareness of personal data protection within
the team.
5. Forward any data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.) to the Manager and
Compliance Department promptly.
