Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) – Ukrainian-speaking – 100% Home Office

We are now looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the Flixbus Inbound Project – one of the leading brands in European long-distance travel.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flixbus passengers, assisting them with friendliness, empathy, and professional solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling Flixbus customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Responding to questions about bookings, schedules, baggage regulations, etc.

  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, or rebookings.

  • Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) – required for training and system navigation.

  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel/tourism, is a plus.

  • Digital affinity and confident use of standard PC applications.

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.

  • Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills.
